Nextime2, dont know, at a guess FairStar would have had to been advised of the plaints before there were publicized thats why they were reported in the annuals.

Perhaps mistie who has been able to gain access to a notice can post all of the them and bring this to a conclusion. The annuals report says four plaints. So I ask is it six? Lets see.
