    Mistie is correct; the DMP website Mineral Titles on line show that the SHIP mining lease M28/373 had a plaint for fortitude lodged this morning. This means that two have now been lodged. Annual rent is also overdue and if this is not paid shortly DMP will also lodge a forfeiture notice. Ohhhhhh dear!!
