    The impression given from the announcements is the directors thought the contracts ran themselves. Purely blind management with little to no reviews. Either that or they refused to admit their was any problems and swept it under the rug. I would literally pay to speak to senior staff and see what was going on. Were they voicing concern? Did the majority of staff know trouble was brewing? Etc
