don't be surprised if when Lynas is up and running (and its a just a boring costs/sales mgmnt thing) ... he'll step down as MD anyway and let Ziggy be the boring cost crunching boss ... and just be on the board
... and NC'll happily go on to focus on Forge during its entrepreneurial stage as their MD doing what he likes doing best
its pretty common these days to have an "entrepreneurial MD" hand the reigns over to a "boring costdown MD" once the company is up and running
