When the bank pulls the funding then you know its goodnight. They have intimate knowledge that pushing this company over is more effective then to keep propping up funding a losing business I suppose.
About the best hope is to offset the tax loss against other capital gain for the year when they finalise everything. That can take years from my HWE experience I recall.
