IOU is compelling for number reasons including:-

- the company easily raised $10 million via a placement of shares at 16 cents (this sets a strong base for the share price)

- further positive announcements should flow by months end

So the question becomes what value do you put on a stock like this - well the conclusion has to be well north of $1.00
