    price per share to buy out depends on timing. Suitors would be wanting now while the company is cheap to build it up and maybe make their money or sell on down the track. If a buyer waits too long the company will be too valuable and may well be out of the reach of the present interested party. Management on the other hand may be stalling or waiting for the share price to catch up. Why else would one tip off the market that a potential offer was on the table - they dont have to make an announcement until any deal is signed off on. Looks like strategy to me. Weekend Financial Review used a piece and had articles online - good sign.
