it was a strange request, I would have that the asbestosis risk for TLS and for NBN Co was reasonably well known but apparently not.
The evidence is played down by TLS and I guess now that the Labor Government is back in like last time, it will get more airing and have to be dealt with by TLS along with the provisions.
It could be why the special dividend was eliminated.
