this thing wont win IMO. RIO will melt these guys in court for a 1000 years. the fact that RIO sent the money suggests that they had every intention of renewing the lease. RIO also sent the details in for processing. i really think the mines minister should have knocked this on the head weeks ago. CAZ also is not exactly cash rich to take this fight on. I reckon there will be a small settlement and its back to business. i know some of you guys reckon they will win but i cant help but feel thats wishful thinking. good luck.
