I was anti these negotiations,but this agreement sounds interesting.Tls still owns infastructure which will always be a majar bargaining chip(rental negotiations in 8-10 years,nbn access fee)no more regulation(payphones,uso,000,monoploy)no loss of customers,box seat re 4g tender(has towers in place and cash)keeps foxtel,plenty of cash for content acquisitions.Or libs get in nbn scrapped and regulation.I guess at some stage Thodey will b able to give his honest opinion and provide figures.
