forget the chart, we're gonna bounce

you may be right ex files....the darkest hour is before the dawn. It has been a pretty ordinary few weeks in the markets generally. RXL is not the only speccie to have felt the pinch as traders have lost some appetite for risk. However if we look at the chart below for the XJO we can see that the market has been in an uptrend since July and the last 3 weeks has merely been about falling from the top to the bottom of the channel....today and yesterdays candles are not dissimilar to the one we saw the last time the XJO reached the bottom of the channel....

If we are to assume that the overall trend is in tact then the whole market may be about to reverse up. We may be about to see the little speccies like RXL come back into favour.....maybe a christmas rally is about to begin.
