lautrec, thank you for such kind words and yes it is a new development....I have been in the job for only a few days. It is a bit of an eye opener what goes on behind the scenes.
I'm still finding my feet. some of the mod work is straight forward but there is a lot of grey area that I am feeling out so if I am too hard or too soft on anyone at the moment I hope they understand.
