I just saw this post and certainly agree. CUE looks more and more like NZO each day.
I really see a buyback as a stepping stone that moves NZO or OG that much closer to a full T/O. If NZO/Petrochina hit a combined 73.6% then the writing is on the wall.
Forget the dividend but how about a buyback?, page-5
