TTY appears to be already very close to 30% by close of business today, so looks like it will be all over soon, possibly Friday
A done deal from the very beginning, why waste shareholders money on a report. In any event it will efffectively be paid for by TTY out of their generous $2m loan to the hapless OLY, as OLY has absolutely no cash.
Maybe the Independent Expert could comment on the "poison pill" effect of this loan and just maybe as a sop to the long-suffering shareholders the compliance by OLY's directors with respect to continuous disclosure obligations.
