I use IG, tight spreads and great charts tho' I never listen to their views apart from Chris Weston (from the greatest city in the world)

I watch all day, sad I know but I use 1 minute, 30 min'and daily chart.
It moves so well as support levels becomes resistance levels and vice versa. Then if they are broken you very often get a major extension move.
Like today and yesterday it has bounced 3 times off the 1.724 low so if it breaks there today then I am looking for a major move down.
Also I find , and this may sound like a silly generalisation but the Yanks frequently take the Ozzie lower.

100% agree on candles being great indicators on longer term charts , especially on the hourly.

It's a great mkt to trade.
