tototy - well I can't think of any other better theory. It makes no sense REE prices declining when US/EU are concerned + virtually all non-producing competitors have zero chance of getting off ground anymore.
I believe the basket price actually has no bearing on price Lynas will end up selling for in any case. We are producing an almost unique product and can set our own price - entirely different quality to China with none of their atrocious environmental legacy.
