Try reading the thread before inventing your strawmen niqo. No one has claimed either of your myths. Here is what you can comment on if you have anything sensible to say:
1: The TOL will be issued sooner or later, maybe this month, maybe next month, maybe later.
2: REE prices will have more impact on the long-term value of LYC than the precise timing of the TOL (google DCF).
3: REE prices have been falling for the past year and are still going down.
