I strongly suspect that the continuing decline in REE prices are artificially orchestrated by the Chinese. China is now under legal investigation by the WTO instigated by a joint complaint of the Americans and Europeans. I suspect they try to convince WTO that there is oversupply of REEs and there is no need to force them to remove their export quotas.
