i received a letter from ZFX asking me to ring them on toll free number, because they could not get a hold of me.
I rang them.
Q. Are you going to consider the offer from ZFX by the 8th of February?
A. No.
Q. Are you going to reconsider now that the offer is guaranteed at the $1.?
A. No.
Q. Why aren't you accepting the offer?
A. Too cheap. Not good enough.
Q. But it is an all cash offer...
A. I am not interested in cash. The offer is too cheap and an all scrip offer should have been incorporated into the offer.
Answer: Thank you very much for your cooperation and your
concerns will be passed on to the appropriate people.
