The more I think about this, the more I have to laugh out loud with reference to the $1 piddly offer by ZFX..

WHAT AN INSULT!!!

1.ZFX want to glorify the premium...BUT the only reason AGM was not over $1 when ZFX made the offer, was because of SUBPRIME, plain and simple!

2.It was in JUL / AUG when the sp was in an upward trend, it hit 80c and SUBPRIME destroyed the market...so true about ZFX being OPPORTUNISTIC!!!

3.Remember the last placement Jinchuan made was at 80c....I REPEAT 80c and ZFX want to buy the whole of AGM for 20c more than a placement (which was for capital raising).

WHAT AN INSULT!!!

THIS IS WHY I BELIEVE THAT IF ZFX DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING OF TRUER VALUE, THEN JINCHUAN WILL PROBABLY MAKE A DECENT OFFER OF AROUND $1.40.

I SAY FUDGE OFF ZFX.....$1 HA HA WHAT A JOKE
