Interesting that this one is getting very little coverage though currently producing and anticipating production of 51000oz of gold for the first nine months (assume a cost of approx $600 an oz). Nice margins and with further resource upgrades it's hard to see why it's travelling at a market cap of around 12 million dollars??
Throw in the Exploration Licence recently obtained (06/05/2010)and it makes me dumbfounded:
The 110km2 tenement straddles the highly prospective Bryah-Padbury and Yerrida basins, just 80km SW of Sandfire Resources recently discovered Cu-Au rich DeGrussa Resource (7.13Mt @ 5.2% Cu, 1.9g/tAu, 15g/t Ag for 372Kt Cu, 439Koz Au and 3.4Moz Ag). The Horseshoe Lights Cu-Au mine (on care and maintenance) which produced 55Kt Cu, 310Koz Au and 2.9Moz Ag is situated 70km north.
