forgotten stock

Found my kmn shares in the bottom drawer the other day Has anybody heard anything about how the KMN takeover of SNN is going I have snn shares as well and have had no correspondence at all (think thats a little poor )Mind u while management are not spending money on themselves(unlike companies like Dragon DRA) im still relatively happy. Talked to management recently and was advised cruds mining tax has no impact on company other than mining companies might find it easier to raise money for off shore projects and that the corporate rate of tax in Mexico is very similar to Aust. Approx 20million OF SNN Expenditure could be offset before any tax obligations also believe operation of mine in Mexico is likely to be 6 months later than expected I think we need to get some action soon (DYOR)
