Colonel, SRK is also deeply involved in a dispute regarding the iron ore in Peru (I've been a long term holder in SRK too) with their JV partner.
I don't think the market has any awareness off ADD's coal assets/deals in Indo. I think when the first 'concrete' news relating to it hits the broader market, it will take a significant hike up. News will have to be of the type that significantly revalues the resource or long term sale agreement signed or some such news. I thinks dribbles emanating from ADD HQ will not do it - they only preach to the converted.
