Whatever the motives behind the gwc cf, the effect was to allow some people the opportunity to buy stx at half their current MC. You can go back and look at the volumes, but theres enough there for someone to have made a killing up until now. Working backwards from this, you could come up with a myriad of motivations for the oxymoronic statements, whether they apply or not is another matter. The extent to which the JV ** influenced the NSA position is also a question.

I initially got into this after the first wagina penetration at 9c - I literally forgot to buy at 4c and kicked myself since, as i would have been sitting on 3m units. I also started posting on this thread at that time, because I could not resist making puerile puns and innuendo, as well as some useful stuff...ekastos sto idos tou.
After the gas kick in the wagina at WE-2, rexsh kindly pointed me to the Kingia and Wagina amplitude bloom maps published by stx (in 2018 i think). I was then convinced WE-2 will get a massive find in the wagina and the KHC...my concern prior to that was that the KHC would be water wet, and that the water is what pushed the gas into the wagina. I knew it was time to take the plunge...but by then, i was buying at 12 cents...now Im averaged at 20c, I had to offload a few to do some other things, but then i bought them back and then some.
In this business technical and commercial competence in all aspects of the project are paramount. In this regard, the stx exploration team is gold. So is the team at the helm, who have shown they are astute, back their convictions and make decisions. Thats why they have backing. The biggest danger for stx is getting taken out by a hostile rival who ends up with all the upside for nix. In terms of upside...I expect their Dandaragan trough ground to yield 5-10 TCF in the years to come. Even a centipede takes one step at a time, but it has lots of legs...so does stx.
