    If there are no liabilities and if we solely include the Loyyal investment at $4'000'000 in value then shareholders would get:

    4'000'000/515'000'000 = $0.0078 per share

    Which is why Ryobal has been accumulating shares because each share bought at $0.005 and liquidated at $0.007 would still bring you an extra 40%...
