The volumes have been fairly low ever since it broke down from around 86 cents and even lighter since it moved down into the 70's. This will certainly move up quick once the larger players get any tip off on the immanence for issue of TOL (and I'm sure they will). The hardest part will be to know if its a fake pump or the real thing, but I'm guessing the volumes will tell us and follow up bars on the next trading days as pointed out by Mitta in his chart commentary.
