I don't think it is fair to lump OrbiMed into this group. This company could own the company outright by now but has instead chosen to allow us the freedom to fun a bit longer. As for the covenants, there is only one person responsible for selecting those peanuts! With the benefit of hindsight, I think he meant well but his inexperience/incompetence just tripped him up.
