I know they were desperate with this funding to tie them over until the 31st December but they need to have a good hard look at themselves. Another shambles with funding.
I think I read that under a trigger event then it allows the fund to use the shares to short.
Wouldn't surprise me if they've been tapped by whoever is behind this thing to pull this off.
Anyway the drama continues to unfold. I hope they are learning from these lessons and it isn't the LTSH that are the ones who are going to be done over.
I'm still super positive in the future prospects of this company. We need cash and hopefully by December that issue is sorted and we can move on and start to grow this business.
