Just trying to complete the W-8BEN form as a new investor.
The form has (see instructions) in various parts but the there aren't any real
instructions provided by Link in the letter I received.
PART I
I assume 6a foreign tax identifying number is my ATO tax number?
7. Reference number, is that the HIN number?
PART II
10. What is the paragraph the form refers to?
I assume I'm claiming 15% rate of witholding?
Type of income, is that income distribution?
What do you put in the last box?
Any help gratefully accepted
