Most people can claim back the 15% or the 30%, depending on personal circumstances.
Assuming you use a tax expert to submit your return, all you have to do is supply the same dividend remittances as any other share & they should just include it on your return. You might just want to point it out to them to be sure.
If they look confused go to another expert!
I claimed a deduction for both 30% & 15% foreign tax withheld on my last tax return.
