Lets hope the Announcement last year of our replacement partner and the delays till now are all linked...allowing BMB to ensure their bid ticks ALL of the requirements to WIN this tender...................Focus now is then on a final OFFER as others have highlighted, rather than a final bid.

It is not unusual for Companies to work with a preferred Tendorer as part of the final stages of awarding a Project, this might be doen in absolute confidence in case agreement on the terms/requirements cant be met, at which point others maybe engaged, however I think Derek has put alot of effort into this to make sure it works in BMB favour. I am sure the reason for him residing there is not just for the fun of it.
