Has / is anyone preparing a ‘’Formal Notification” of the intent to vote NO to this offer/agreement from CMM as yet?
Joelstar has the numbers to put forward, we also need a paper trail for this and i suggest email delivery and read receipts, it should also go to the company secretaries of both WA8 & CMM.
Some may say this is to early but I don’t think so we need to show them we are not happy with the goings on and the underhanded approach that seems to have been taken by our BOD, we also want change at the top. Not sure on the reasons for the current trading volume or price but it’s certainly interesting times ahead for us holders of WA8.

L1 Capital just killed their scheme.when wa8 know they cannot get 75%, that’s the end of the line for the 62:1 wa8 scheme and for their reputation of attempting to betray the battlers who happened to be cashed up from spr, Lrv and other huge winners.
