The registration of the NTMA was a condition precedent to the settlement of the Supreme Court legal proceedings.
AGS announced on 10 February 2012 that the NTMA was registered and that the litigation has been settled.
Mining operations should commence once the mining lease is issued in a week or so. It is my understanding both Quasar and AGS were ready to commence mining back in 2008/2009 until the litigation was commenced.
