Nah - it is now up to us how it looks - we can set it up so it look much the same as it always did. What I find useful is the alarm feature so we now get told when there is any activity that we may be interested in. The likes and follows are no longer anonymous, so we know who likes what we post and who doesn't without it requiring a response.
