It’s the first thing anyone in corporate management looks at when hiring - what’s their current role and how long were they there.
i didn’t say he hadn’t had prior good experience, just merely pointed out he lasted less than two years at Amazon and appears unemployed since he left.
He could have an explanation - career break, family reasons, personal healthy etc, but this is not listed on his LinkedIn.
