Yes amazing such a fly by night, cash strapped penny dreadful dog stock was ever allowed to list on The ASX in the first place, CHM probably even would'nt even be allowed to list on the Zimbabwian stock exchange. WAs'nt CHM about to go bankrupt at one stage then Benny convinced this overseas funder to save it at the last minute? back luck all that effort will be for nothing when the Judge rules in favour of MMX.
