I am not sure what defence MMX lodged but 5 key witnesses decided not to take the stand but apparently thats OK.

A case they loudly said would be thrown out of court but here we are awaiting final submissions.

MMX moved from a "without foundation" to "non substantial interest" position in their written statements which to me seems like admitting that in some way CHM will have a win. (think about what that means for costs)

I think this is a solid reflection of MMX mindset in this from board to shareholders.

It could never happen.

But something went down before the current team and it doesnt smell good.

If MMX believers want to continue to believe that Grimaldi and Barnes put all this together in a legal manner then that is their world.

Its not about cash anymore but a direct interest in IO assets. MMX may be able to write a cheque but what about impact of losing Crossland shares.
