As i see it and it was mentioned before the legal existence of CHM is being cast doubt upon.
Weather that affects any judgements regarding CHM claim against MMX is anyones guess.
I should think its relevant why pass a judgement in favour of a company that shouldnt be on the asx index at all.
Unless you are a super confident holder of CHM shares i would say its a risky hold considering any reasonable payout is still only worth about 1c per share to CHM.
