Foz, should you get some clarification for Larry's sake then?
I wonder if its relevant as to whether or not he put his holding in writing to the board and CEO?
In reality, i'm not sure if this matters now, or where it can go (relevance on several fronts).
But obviously, as per your post Foz, after vacating his seat, Larry now (in good faith, if your posts are accurate of course) wants to make it clear to you an/or others as to what his position was before and during his sitting on the board.
Perhaps this is not the arena to be discussing such matter do you think? It might be wise to consult him on this matter before going further with the discussion IMO.
