Ive visited the new offices , very smart presentation and nice set-up , i guess if its fit for purpose and the terms are at market rate ,there's really no issue who owns it ,.its currently on the market @$2.4m with 2 tenants paying the rent , at say a 5% return and sharing the outgoings rent should be in vicinity of 85k per annum
