I am specifically interested in the work each directors do. For over 50 years I have been in governance and is a fellow of the association. Considered the activities quarterly report with the high level of spending I would like to be convinced whether this cash report belonged to another company. Looking at the situation from a whatever's view, it is not surprising that some shareholders took it on their own to question the previous executive directors actions and the way they managed the company's funds. It is particularly sad because these people were supposed to be recruited for their integrity and commercial experience.
