Some really big question marks on their integrity regardless.. until the murky water clears there is a very bad smell emanating from this banded group of allies. As they walked without giving their side of their story one can only assume it was an alliance based on strengthening there own personally aligned outcomes and not to advance BGS for the benefit of shareholders.

What has come to light to date seems very damning for the ex-board, but like last time do we want to be backwards of forwards looking. It takes time and energy to ensure past wrongs are put right.. likely universal karma and word-of-mouth will catch up on the x-board so we can focus on the positive (moving this operation to mining!)

The SP kept sliding as the market (everyone on earth who may have wanted to invest) had lost all confidence with ex-board, they didn't even want to invest at 20c -- their reputation should be shot, who could trust them again (that is for individual investors to decide and do their own due diligence!)
