I would like to know why the former Chair has not been questioned and pursued for her conduct throughout the Latitude FS acquisition proposal.
It was nothing short of disgraceful. I could use other descriptions but would likely be moderated as defamatory.
The former board, arguably intentionally, destroyed the share price.
Ms Christian has defended the disclosure of information claiming Humm’s consumer finance business was “not profitable” on May 30 saying the majority directors wanted shareholders to have a complete picture before voting. However, in a statement on June 15, the company said it had turned a profit, dragged lower by investment in overseas expansions.
