Yes, all over the place. Inconsistent fellow, leaking and swearing on car phones, hunting for UFOs, driving drunk, getting charged for it by NSW Police, causing havoc IN PNG, led to the death of one Prime Minister when that PM was still in office, got another one so fed up he resigned after a tied vote. Then got thrown out of Cabinet for being indiscreet and crude on a car phone with Jeff Kennett.
Do not know how many times or when he won, but he certainly lost more things than he ever won.
