Why is Andrew Buxton selling? I cant answer that, but I have a few observations:
*Andrew Buxton resigned as MD in June 2011
*KDR bought HOB (reason for this sharp rise in sp) in April 2012
*Andrew Buxton started selling @ 19-19.5c over a month before KDR's meteoric sp rise (Feb 2013)
*He sold the bulk of his shares into the last ann on the 12 & 13th although the highest sp thus far was 2-5 days later.
*Thus far we only know of him selling about 2 million of the 6 million he was holding, so Buxton we must assume until we are told otherwise is still holding 4 million FPO's

I'm sure he has his own reasons for selling some of his shares, but I'm not greatly concerned with him selling or that he knows something the rest of us dont.
