Still pure speculation here regardless, something if you are sitting on substanial gain, you may not will to risk.

He has reduced to his risk appetite holding although knowing full well the market may judge, will be irrelevant if appropriate results come through.

The longer this goes without assay results the more people will be shaken out and, the better fun for those in control.

It seems it has gone from pending to few weeks. Best to approach with best results, but the longer they take to come in, the more doubt people will have, and the easier the HFT's etc can control the action.

The stock needs some direction now, either way, as dealing with the unkwown, anything is possible and be prepared for that, imo.
