You have not read the post correctly or I would say you don't understand.
It pacifically states the technology is built up on neuron like brain cells based on a chip.
I would say you have taken parts out to suit yourself or misinterpreted the last paragraph which say "its multiple input, multiple data" which is its strength. The fact is they have technology that mimics the brain and are trying to further evolve that technology.Surely you must understand this.
You should also look in depth with IBM and other tech giants , there is a race on , BRN really does need to secure a licence this year as they appear to have their nose in front at least at the moment but currently there is no new MOU in place which will take at least a few months before a deal is struck.
