forming a second breakout pattern

This is a stock that I have been watching for a few months. Have not purchased any due to limited capital at the time, but is starting to look like it is forming for a second breakout.

There was a lot of interest with high volume through early September, and then a pull back to just under its previous strong resistance. There was a break a few days ago. There was some buying, although not extreme volumes prior to its recent breakout.

Would try and pick up stock around the 10c - 11c. Do not force it by paying up at this stage as it will probably drop back to 10c level.
