Wouldn't put it past them to do a capital raising to dilute the remaining shareholders down, but I think it will take a significant dilution to get us below 10%

Again, it comes down to the ex-management negotiating a price.

How disapointing is it that they helped WN accumulate as much as they did. Very disapointing.
