Hey Collyn. The property deals are coming together slowly thanks but with a shortage of homes and hopefully with an interest rate cut or two in the future it will only strength the market.
I am just dumbfounded that Andrew Forrest is only willing to dip into his own pockets to buy shares in FMG when he could easily do the same for POS but hasn't for some reason. This is a classic example that speculating on micro stocks is fraught with danger. When management have total control over your investment it makes making money extremely difficult when where not in a bull market.
Also if Mr Forrest knows something about the funding but hasn't released that information to market that would be against disclosure regulations one would think. I just don't like that he has billions but hasn't managed to buy one share on market in Poseidon for years.
I know of other directors backing their companies by buying on market why can't the directors of Pos show the same here?
